Products & pricing

Prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to display accurate prices and stock, and reserve the right to correct errors.

Orders & payment

An order is confirmed once payment is received via M-Pesa, cash or bank transfer. We may cancel and fully refund orders affected by stock or pricing errors.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery or collection.

Warranty & liability

Manufacturer warranties apply to product defects. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased, to the extent permitted by law.
